2010 ford escape clunking/jolting

Hey scotty! I have a 2010 ford escape 2.5 xlt auto, and it has an oil leak coming form the oil pan, according to my local mechanic. The mechanic said he was going to replace my oil pan and do a oil change for $490, its going to leave me tight on money. Recently I've noticed that the car has been clunking harder than usual (I think). When the car is turned on from not being driven for a couple of hours, and then driving it again it always clunks/jolts roughly (usually just 1st gear going to 2nd). Also I've looked under the hood and when put into drive, reverse, and netural, the engine moves around and I can hear it make squeaking noises as well, I'm sure its the engine mounts but I want a professionals opinion! Can you help me diagnose this? How serious is the problem? Does it need fixing right away?

Yes replace broken mounts first watch my video how to check motor mounts Scotty. That shows how easy you can check them with a Jack and a piece of board fix those first if they are broken
