Hi, I hope somebody can help me. I'm the mechanic of the car said in the Title. The car is very muddy so the owner go to the carwash and offered engine wash and underwash. After cleaning they (from the car wash guy) moved the vehicle into another position for wax and other detailing stuff. After that some hours later they tried to start the car but it is not working anymore no dash light no ignition the start stop button led is not working anymore. I'll post a link of youtube video the same Thing happens to the car I dont understand the language but i did what he did like cleaning the connection to the side panel and still nothing happens..
BTW the car only have 1 smart key

I would assume the cleaning guy messed up and got water intruded into one of the electrical connections or the computer connection something
Yes, Scotty I did the those things in youtube and beyond I used up 2 cans of Electronic contact cleaner.and still not working. I tried to put a jumper wire on the integrated relay for the ignition to bring power to the car so I can hook up my obd and found no error. Please help... right now my next plan is to get a locksmith to see if the problem is the smart key maybe not recognize by the car.

B2784 antenna coils circuit open/short
B278A Immobilizer Power charge fault (VC5 circuit short to ground).
So should I just replace the smart key module or still look for that short circuit? Thanks

Found the problem its the immobilizer ecu. Bought a new one at the dealer the ignition is working and all but when were programming the smart key to the car the car died again and were back to zero I think it burned the ecu again. The car turned to lemon...

did anyone find the cause for this ? intergrated relay under bonnet ? dicky connection somewhere i get glow light and engine light flicker when brake pedal depressed and press start sw as its going to try start.
new batteries fitted to keys and car.
