2011 Traverse with 198k km (123k miles). Showing code P0301. Car still runs fine. There is some shaking/shuddering but it's very minimal, at this time! If it's not yet running rough, is it possible it's JUST the spark plugs and ignition coils that are problem?
The car still runs OK, I hope it's not an internal engine problem. What do you think?
My battery is also weak. Tested it with my obd2 scanner it said "Warning."

Swap the #1 cylinder coil with another one and see if the misfire moves to that cylinder.

You don’t need us to tell you to change it.. Load test it along with the alternator.
