My car is a 2012 Audi A4 Quattro and it has 177000kms on it. It is idling rough and shakes the car. The car is showing these codes: p0300 p0301 p0302 p0303 p0304 and p0506. The car idles rough but when accelerating it goes back to normal. I changed the engine fitler the car seems to still have the issue. I am not sure where to start to diagnose it and I don’t have the tools for it. Thank you Scott
It is an automatic also

What is the "engine filter"? (Air filter? Fuel filter? Something else?) How old are the spark plugs and what do they look like? Is fuel pressure within specification?
