I have been owing this car for almost three years. Got it when it had 48k and now 74k miles. The car is always running rough but has been reliable. It throws code P0451 almost every time after it rains. The engine light will shut off after a couple drives. Replaced the purge valve solenoid and gas cap but still throws code after rain/moisture. I have also been getting worse city MPG but I suspect it maybe just because of traffic. Any idea for a good fix? Thank you!

It needs to be diagnosed and you probably need a bidirectional scan tool to find out what the exact issue is. I would take it to a mechanic to do the job.
