Hi Scotty,
I have 2011 Honda CR-V LX with 2.4L engine all wheel drive 171K miles.
The car vibrate on reverse when the steering is fully turned. It does it both sides.
What do you think the problem is and what should I look at first

Well, if it only does it in reverse but doesn't do it in forward gear, then you would have a slight amount of wear in the transmission for reverse gear. I wouldn't particularly worry about it. How often do you drive like that?
