When I start my car in the morning when it's cold, in the beginning I can hear the engine is making more a louder noise than after a few seconds of idling, the engine gets more quieter, what does this mean what happens then??? What happens after when the engine is making More a quieter noise What happens then?

You left out just a few details as well as not really defining what a "more louder noise" is...

What I mean by a more noisy, It sounds that the fan is working much more harder, and than after a few seconds of idling, It sounds like the fan is working more like smoothly.
Considering that you have not even told us what kind of car and engine you're dealing with it's pretty tough to come up with any ideas.
