2015 Toyota Prius c Two
I want to buy this prius online of 83,000 miles for $13k, and it's through a dealership. Two of my biggest concerns are whether I can trust the dealership, and whether it's worth it to have this car shipped over after I've bought it, just for me to find out it's not a good fit. I don't know where to look for a car that's under my budget and also a good value car. where's the best place to do this?

Obviously that's going to depend on the cost versus buying one locally. Another problem will be having a mechanic check it out before you buy. You cannot trust a thing the seller tells you - if the dealer says the sky is blue it has probably turned purple with pink polka-dots.
