I own a 2011 Lexus IS 250 convertible. The trunk never stays open on its own. Is there a way to adjust the trunk on its own, or should I replace the torsion bars as shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPbKgHv1DaM

Yes but first make sure the mounts aren't cracked like he mentions in the video.
