[Solved] Multiple trouble codes after floor soaked

I have a 2011 Corolla S with the 1.8L engine and automatic Transmission. 73,000 miles on the car. Just recently bought it used for a good deal but the vehicle was sitting for about 3 years. Just needed some minor cosmetic things done to it which i did. The AC was not working as well so i recharged it and upon running the AC for about a week i realized that the entire floor of the driver and passenger side were SOAKED. The drain hose for the AC was clogged with debris and water had been accumulating in the floor the entire time. Ive Been trying to dry it out and have peeled it all up and put fans and towels in over the weekend which has helped at least but now the check engine light is on and the vehicle stability light is on. It is scanning for these codes

P0607 control module performance

P0138 Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage bank 1 sensor 2

P1603 Engine Stall History

C1201 Engine Control system Malfunction

Im trying to figure out if these codes are a result of what happened or if there might be something else going on with the vehicle. Any suggestions on where i should start? Any and all help is super appreciated thanks so much!

I would make sure that the car is completely dry and clear the r codes. If they come back, then trace the codes. Check this video:

make sure you didn't damage any connectors when you peeled up the carpet.

cabin wiring is not sealed against water because it's on inside and not exposed to weather. That means water can get inside connectors/computers/fuseboxes etc. Do a thorough inspection. Unplug connectors in the affected area and look inside. Make sure they're not wet or corroded.
