My 2012 F-150 3.5 ecoboost won't start now it has 149,000 miles I was working on it and got side tracked, cranked it over with the pcm unplugged and the mass air flow was unplugged

Code are po302 misfiring, po430 catalysts right side,  po2300, 2303, po2312, po2315 low voltage on either side of the coil

Ran ford fdrs, ids and fjds program on it

It was running before {pear}:nerd:

Double-check your work. Usually when a new problem develops right after working on a vehicle it has to do with something inadvertently messed up. (It's happened to me enough times, most recently yesterday.)

Also see the section of the site FAQ for troubleshooting a no-start condition.
