2012 LINCOLN MKZ, AWD 110,000 MILES
My friends telling me to switch to synthetic oil, i drive mainly road miles , car runs good, is there a reason to change,, thanks in advance

It's good oil.
Anyway, this question has been asked many times. Just type "synthetic oil" into the search box.

Oil is cheaper then engines.
so get good oil before you’ll have to go search for a good engine 🤣
