Hey Scotty my friend has a 2012 Nissan Altima S 2.5 with 145,000 miles and for some reason when he unlocks the car with the remote only the left 2 doors unlocked but the right side two door will not unlocked he has to unlock it manually also the right rear passenger side door will not open from the outside door Handel it can only be open from the inside door handle I checked to see if the child safety door is activated but it isn’t, do you know what can it be? Check the power lock solenoids and actuators.

Sounds like you have two bad door lock actuators… not exactly uncommon
