Hello. My 2012 Nissan Juke's AC/Heater's not blowing. Heard that there are some sensors on top of the dash near the windshield that if you block them it could cause this problem. Is that true? I put a dash cover to block the beating sun on the top of the dash. And if not, any suggestions to check what might be going on?
Greatly appreciate any help!
Well, what do you mean by not blowing. If it's not blowing air at all? Generally that means either the blower motor or the blower motor resistor has burned out. But if it's blowing air but not hot air, there are dozens of reasons I can do that. Now. There are temperature sensors and if they get too hot they won't let hot air come through. But that's not all that common. Or if it's something else like a bad thermostat, bad heater control unit or a clogged up heater core
