My car just randomly died twice today while driving. All the lights come on in the display, ex. Engine, brake, seatbelt, tire press. Almost like it went into the ON mode, before you fully turn the key. I lost breaking and acceleration control.
P.s. both occurences happened when I was coming to a stop or slowing down to 0. Around 2-5mph.
Clarification: What is the mileage?
142,000. UPDATE* right before the shutoff I got an oil message and after checking my dipstick, I now see there is hardly any oil. Along with slight smoke when I opened the cap.

Fill it with oil and check it often. It's extremely important not to let the engine run out of oil
