For a friends Prius. It’s a 2012 with 138,510 miles. Dash lights came up: Brake, ABS, and Traction Control.
Has a C1391 code: Abnormal Leak Of Accumulator Pressure
He said the code came up after he hit a bump, but unsure if it is related.
What does this code mean and how do I fix it?
Did he get any letters in the mail?

I took this video of something out of the ordinary. I don’t know what this part is. But it seems to keep vibrating or pumping, it usually doesn’t vibrate or pump like crazy.
