So I purchased a 2013 chevy malibu back in November 2021. The motor blew up it was replaced with a new one with a new starter and fuse, oil pump, timing chain, ect.etc.. it still won't run. The dash will light up but when you turn the key the car won't start no starter noise or anything won't even roll over. We plugged in a scanner into the car and it won't read it says no communication. Took it to a dealership and they replaced the ecm it still won't start. Do you have any ideas on what it could be I don't know if it's the computers a bad ground or something to do with the ignition. So won't start, roll over, and can't read the computer. Any ideas?
