I am looking to buy a 151,000 mile 2013 GMC Sierra 6.2v8 L9H RPO code I keep reading it does have afm and no it does not have afm, I want to know if it has afm?

No. It does not.
Wikipedia and GMauthority.com are good places to find engine specs.

Make sure to have the truck inspected by a mechanic before you buy it, and take it for a proper test drive. Test in a steep hill, and at highway speeds.
