Hi Scotty, I go out to the garage and my windows are all down on my 2013 Lexus RX350. I know that if I hold the door unlock remote this is a feature but I don't do that in the middle of the night. Why does this happen on it's own and can I disable the feature? I can't have this happening in Canada in the winter.

You have to go to the dealer to have the Smart access system's, Open Windows with Electronic Key
feature "toggled" from the Default setting, "ON"
to "OFF".
Call the dealer and ask them how much, if anything, they'll charge to do it.
