I have a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. The transmission shifts hard freqyuently from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 gear. Doesn't seem to matter if I drive easy or put more acceleration into it, it does the same thing.
I've read this is a known problem but I would like to get it to go away. I've had the fluid in the transmission changed but no difference. It has the 2L turbo and has been well cared for. 130,000 km
Any suggestions?

it will need to be diagnosed by a transmission shop
