Good afternoon everyone,
I have a 2013 Nissan Sentra SL with 88k miles. The car is having issues changing gears. The RPM needle also go up and down as I speed up and then the car doesn’t end up shifting gears until way over than it’s supposed to and it shifts pretty rough. I’ve already cleaned the mass air flow sensor and mass air flow intake. Any help???
FYI: I have no relationship with these folks. But what you've experienced is part of their lawsuit:

That was the worst year of the Sentra, so it's not surprising that its running like crap
Sounds like a cvt problem but I would double check around the intake and make sure you don’t have leaks and scan for any codes stored
Unfortunately you bought a Nissan you are basically screwed. The transmission is on its way out and I feel bad for you because a new one would be 4 5 6 grand, here is the owner complaint data:
