Hi Scotty,
I have a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan with 134,672miles on it. Now that the weather is getting cold it is throwing the code P0128 Engine Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature. I was told that I have to have the sensor replaced but I have also been told by a friend that the water pump may be going bad. Help what should I look at first?
Thank you
Matthew

I think if the pump were bad, the engine would be overheating.
It's either your thermostat or the coolant temp sensor. The thermostat is MUCH cheaper than the sensor, and easy to replace.

I will get a new thermostat and try that first since it seems to be the easiest. Thank you.

Yes, change the thermostat. Odds are that your thermostat stuck open.
