Good day Scotty from Canada, I own a 2014 Chevy Malibu LT with 237,000 kilometers on it (147,264 in freedom units) and an automatic transmission. I've never had any problems with this car, I've just recently noticed that when the car accelerates and shifts up there'll be a very small but noticeable kick from the car as it shifts between gears. Is this a cause for concern or something to just keep notes on?

When was the last time you changed the transmission fluid?
Almost two years ago at 170,000km (105,633 miles)
I would change it (drain and refill). If it still did the kick, add drain a quarter and add Lucas antislip automatic transmission additive.
