2014 dodge avenger se 2.4L I4
Recently my car has been stuttering when i start it up. It has 111,526 miles on it. What happens exactly is that when i turn the key to start the car, the engine would rev up to 800rpm, then it will slowly go to 1,500rpm while stuttering going up to the rpm. after a few seconds it will go back down to around 700-800rpm. this happened to me before when it hit around 87k miles but went away after hitting 96k miles. Any idea what it could be. I have had a tune up at 100k mile mark and i do oil changes every 5k miles now that it is over the 100k mark. I have used an OBD reader and no codes pop up

Low hanging fruit would include air and fuel filters, spark plugs, and fuel pressure.
