2014 ford focus se not starting

Several weeks ago my car would randomly not crank or start a couple of time when I turned the key, If I waited a minute and tried it, it would start right up. Then it would only start if it was jumped. I had my battery and alternator checked and was told they were good. So I had my starter replaced and it would crank the first time and start the second. A few days later is stopped starting again. I went on and replaced my starter relays and then bought a new battery. It started up and was working fine all day. That night I was driving home and went to make a turn when my steering wheel wouldn't turn. I kept driving to get home and as I was sitting at a light my abs light came on and a few seconds later a transmission failure notification popped up. I went to give it gas to go and my car wouldn't move. A few minutes later I try to give it gas and it started moving again and my steering wheel was working again. The light and notification went away and have not come back. I was half way down the street from my house when my car cut off and has not started since. I have had my alternator replaced, the ground cable had to be fixed, fuses all checked, no codes show up, and had a mechanic use a scan tool. He basically said it was a wire somewhere that had to be messed up. It still does not crank or start. My radio, ac, and lights all work fine. I am at my wits end and out $1000 so far trying to figure this out. Is there anything else I can check or fix myself before having my car towed to a shop?

Well either a wiring fault ignition switch fault or computer fault. Find a better mechanic who knows how to trace electronics
