I have a 2014 Honda Accord sport just hit 135K. Should I change spark plugs or leave them alone? or should I do a 30K service?

You can if you want, but if it's not misfiring or anything you can leave it alone. You will get improved engine response with new plugs.
Follow what your maintenance minder says, it gives a code. Change fluids accordingly.

Manufacturer recommends spark plug replacement at 105,000 miles or 7 years, whichever comes first.
