Hello. Is a 2014 Lexus rx450h with 80k km a good buy? are they reliable cars? and how long will the battery last in one?
What is the price? Private party or dealership?
The price is 44715,7275$ (cheaper than a brand new Honda crv in Norway) and its not by the Lexus dealer
If a mechanic says it's good, why not? It's only got 80 000 km, so it should last some time, but don't expect to get a lot of km on the odometer compared to a regular Lexus RX because that's when the hybrid components start to break and they cost a fortune to fix.
The price is a little high. Look it over with a professional mechanic and if he sees anything with the battery and electronics. Used hybrids (even Lexus's) can get pricy when they break. If anything pops up and it is related to the battery, look at something else.
