2014 Mdx with 56000 miles. Vibration felt when foot is on the accelerator. Not felt when reving engine in neutral or park . Only felt when in gear. Gets worse with higher speeds. When car is set on cruise control I take my foot off the accelerator I can’t feel the vibration . Only felt when in gear and my foot is on the gas pedal. Thanks

could be worn out or unbalanced axles, faulty transmission, ...
