I have 2014 toyota rav4. I have a problem when I turn hard right on the corner. I see oil light flash and then disappears and I hear some drilling kind of noise under the car. Can someone help me with what might be the issue. I checked oil level and seems ok.
No. What do you mean by the "oil level seems OK?" It either is or it isn't. When did you last change the oil and filter? How many miles between changes? We need more information please.

It could be the suspension joints but don't replace anything until you find the noise.
But the oil light flickers on the dash. Suspension joints will cause that?
If you mean the oil pressure light, have it inspected by a professional mechanic ASAP!

First of all, do not drive - as it seems your engine is being starved of oil and is likely to get damaged.

You need a mechanic to inspect the cause of the low oil pressure issue -
what's the millage? I can not recall hearing about an oil pressure issue on a Toyota in a while, was it abused?
I checked oil level and seems ok.
Assuming it is in fact between the L and H marks on the dipstick,
What is the condition? When was it last changed? Was the filter changed?
