Clarification: Do you have manual or automatic transmission?
The Accord is a good car. Not sure how much to fix the camera but they aren't cheap.
See below:
(Assuming you have the 6-speed automatic, this is same generation as yours)

The biggest thing is if you have the sedan, the 3.5L V6 comes only with the 6-speed automatic and with that powertrain combo you also get cylinder deactivation (what Honda calls VCM). If you have the coupe, the engine comes with either the automatic or manual transmission; with the automatic, it also has VCM, but with the manual there is no VCM - so hopefully you have the Accord coupe with manual. Otherwise, I recommend disabling the VCM sooner rather than later so you don’t have potential issues down the line. If you have the automatic, be sure to stay on top of the transmission fluid changes (consult your manual, or every 40,000-50,000 miles, whichever has the shorter interval to be safe and get the most longevity out of it). Also, and especially important if you have VCM, change engine oil no more than every 5,000 miles.
Backup cameras range from hundreds to thousands of dollars. Just depends on what camera you have and what features it does.
