Scotty, I am 16 years old and looking for a good reliable new car that is not expensive like the new camrys, accords etc. I found this 2017 Honda Civic EX-T on Carfax, it has 28,000 miles and has done its maintenance every 9 thousand miles. I live in a very cold state and I need that heated seats so this is why I choose the EX-T. I could pay 2 grand more and get a EX-L but I don't want to pay that much because this car is small and good enough for me and that would be a little too much. What do you think? Is it worth the risk?
It has these warranties right now.
Your better off with the LX trim or Ex trim, the ones you put have the 1.5T engine prone to issues. Watch Scotty's video on it.

Well those are great cars I got nothing against them they're probably asking too much money but that's life
Would it worth paying 14 grand for it?
Which transmission option?
A cvt (classic honda :D)
I’m not a fan of their turbo charged GDI engines. Some of those 1.5L turbo engines had oil dilution problems. I’d recommend going for the NA engine.
I need those heated seats and CarPlay though... Could you give me any other options then?
Get it, but only if you plan to change the oil frequently & understand the other risks involved with a turbo charged engine.
As with any used car, have a reputed mechanic check out the car, before you buy it.
