Hey Scotty! I hope Tennessee is great! I have recently bought a 2016 ford mustang v6 in a 6-speed manual. I chose it over the eco boost for reliability, but I am hearing bad things about the reliability of all the 2016 mustangs. Is my car reliable?
It can be taken care of especially if it's not in Eco boost engine with the 2 turbos and gdi injection
It does not look that bad. I have an older 2012 3.7 V6 manual and have not had any issue with it. From what I have read, some of them can have issues with drive shaft vibration. A lot of people will buy an aftermarket driveshaft if it becomes an issue or if they track the car. Some of the cars have can issues with the electronic throttle body but the issue does not look that prevalent in the 2016 model. I am not sure if Ford ever decided to fix the long running paint peeling issue on the aluminum hoods but I do not see as many complaints for the 2016 model year. Overall, it looks like a decent year for the 3.7. However, the MT82 can take a bit of time to get use to. The MT82 doesn't seem to have as many issues in the V6 models compared to the V8s. I assume it is due to the lower torque of the V6 putting less strain on the internals. Also the engine bay has a lot of room to work if you need to wrench on the engine which is a big plus! Check the following for issues with your model year:

Good luck and enjoy your ride
Ecoboost will NOT last long.
