The engine on my 1993 camry v6 runs rough in the rain, and I suspect moisture in the distributor. My cap has 2 rubber vacuum lines attached in parallel which go nowhere, so I think the moisture is coming in from those open lines. I heard those lines may connect to advance/retard vacuum lines on the throttle body, but not sure how to connect them. What to do?

Maybe consult a shop manual for that car?
