2016 Honda Accord Touring 2.4l vibrates when driving

I bought a used Accord with 50KM on it from a dealership. The car wasn't vibrating when I test drove it.

The technician machined the front rotors to pass safety, and now the car vibrates (steering wheel, dash, gas pedal) on any speed between 1000RPM and 2000RPM. The higher the speed, the worst the vibration.

The dealership forced balanced all tires (new Michelin winter tires and wheels) and did a 160 point inspection but they didn't find anything wrong with the car.

I started using premium gas + Fuel injector to clean the engine, but the car is still vibrating.

I don't trust their judgment, so any idea on why the car might be shaking and how to test it?

No one in the right mind turns rotors they're all cheap and thin never turn them just replaced them I would demand they put brand new ones on cuz if he turned them he probably turned them crooked and now they're on balanced
