Hey i gotta 2017 dodge challenger when cold starting it in the morning it make a loud sound like a lawnmower but when car runs for a while it slowly goes away but the car acks like it doesnt wanna go at certain time when i hit the gas and it reps up but it seems like it get stuck time to time and rpm will just go up and it will then finally take off do you know what this may be please i need help i just got the vehicle 3months ago and been having this problem since i got it i took it to the dealership because its under warranty 14000 miles and they are telling me there is nothing wrong with it and no codes are. popping up and so i took it to another mechanic i have it at the shop now and the mechanic told me there is something definitely wrong with it but he is not able to diagnose it without a codes popping up and he want be able to know for sure
First, please use punctuation. It's very difficult to follow your train of thought. Second, take it to another mechanic who has skills that don't rely exclusively on an OBDII reader. Preferably, the older the better. The mechanic that is.
Time to find a good mechanic. When it comes to noises, it's real hard to diagnose the issue without being able to hear the problem.
