Hey Scotty,
I have a 2017 Ford F150 XLT with the 2.7 ecoboost with just under 80,000 miles. I have kept it maintained with frequent oil changes using full synthetic, but that is about it. I feel it’s time to start doing some major fluid changes especially since I’m about to drive from Florida to North Carolina. What do you suggest I do? Should I flush the cooling, brake, fuel systems? Do I need to worry about changing the fluids in the differential? This truck has been great and I don’t plan on buying a new vehicle anytime soon. I hope to run this for another hundred thousand miles!
thank you for all that you do on your channel. I have learned sooooo much!

Start by reading the maintenance section in your owner's manual.
Pretty much everything is due. I would change it all.
You don't need to touch the fuel system if it works fine.
Don't forget the transmission.
Engine air cleaner should have been done a few times.
Thank you!
