Are Iridium plugs ok & if so which brand & is there a technique on how you do the perfect gap?

Meridian plugs are about the best plugs out there they last the longest but they come pre-gapped buy ones that have the correct gap for your car most auto parts store sell them most iridium plugs say on the side do not regap
