Hi Scotty, found an used 2017 Highlander Limited AWD here in Rhode Island, spent first 3 years of its life in NY (according to CARFAX), with 56000 miles. Is $26k too much to spent on it?

Well they are great vehicles but I would never pay that much money myself you'll find all people are paying outrageous prices for good SUVs these days
