I bought a used 2017 Rav 4 with 95k miles, I don't think the transmission has ever been serviced, is it too late to change the fluid (not flush), and is there a transmission filter that should be changed? I talked to a dealer and he said they don't change the filter when changing fluid (actually he wasn't even forthcoming about it having a filter?)

Is low mileage. Change the oil but use original oil. Find a local mechanic and drop the pan of transmission. Forget the dealer. Find a good mechanic with garage.
