Please interpret. From the Mode 6 Report off of the BlueDriver. The green box on the report, it is noted as "PASSED". Is there a concern here? No MIL.

It's saying you have a very slight misfire.

It's not a problem right now, but it may become one further down the road.

Check the coil pack for continuity and perhaps replace the spark plug.
