Hello Scotty, I’m thinking about buying a 2017 Toyota Corolla with rebuilt title (private seller)it was hit and the rear bumper had to be replaced, it has 84k miles and they are selling it to me for 10,000, i wanted to get your opinion. Is the problem a big deal to not buy a car?

Never buy a car with a rebuilt (salvage) title. It means the insurance company totaled the car.
