2018 Honda civic, manual transmission, 180000kms. My car is starting to get some negative camber in the back. What could be the cause?

What could be the cause?
Typically worn, bent or broken suspension parts. If the Civic carried heavy loads on the back struts that would wear the down. Pot holes, bumps, etc.
