2018 Honda Pilot with bad strut. Help!

Hey Scotty, I've got a 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD with 41k miles on it. I got it used from the dealer in Nov 2021. I'm been told my front strut is bad and leaking causing the noise Ive been hearing. I've gotten a second opinion but the dealer wants to charge me 2k for the two front shock absorbers, the 2nd mechanic shop wants to put a FCS quick strut and told me they'll be replacing more parts and will match the dealer price of 2k. Les Schwab is quoting me around $1300 for FCS quick struts. I’ve driven this vehicle in Econ mode since I’ve had it. Unfortunately since I have a 3rd generation Honda Pilot, better strut companies like KYB, Monroe, Bilstein don't have struts for my vehicle. My options are FCS, TRQ, Unity and a few others that have almost no reviews for my vehicle. Any of these sound good to you. I'm no mechanic but work on air conditioners and furnaces. I fell like I can tackle a quick strut on my own but feel like the OEM is the way to go. OEM does seem a little more intimidating due to the spring but what do you recommend? Think one of these quick struts will be fine? Or should I tackle replacing the OEM shock absorbers? If so what other parts in the strut assembly should I order other than the shock absorbers if everything else looks to still be fine? Thanks
