2018 Toyota Camry

hi i want to purchase my first car and I found this 2018 Toyota Camry LE for 13,000 CAD it has 167,000 km or 100,000MI highway driven that's what they said its a dealer do you think it's a good deal?

If your budget allows, I would avoid 2018 model year as they had some issues with the transmission (see post here: https://carkiller.com/scottykilmer/qa/2018-toyota-camry-transmission-and-reliability/#post-50479).   This was addressed by a TSB later.  2018 was also the first year of that Camry generation, so I recommend going with at least 2019 if you can.

Do they have any evidence that can prove 160000km were highway driving?

In my experiences, don’t trust any words you heard from dealers, even a greeting.

 

160000km in 3 years, was that a rental car?

 

the previous owner must commuted between Toronto and Vancouver and been addicted of cruising on trans Canada highway.

Pass, that year had transmission problems (assuming its the 8 speed automatic), in fact fyi, the Camry has had transmission issues (with only a couple years free) from around 2002-2018 (North American spec, traditional automatics)
