Hey Scotty so I have a 2019 Corolla LE with 42,000mi. Somehow cruising through a bad parking lot my oil filter got knocked out of place and after my car gave me a oil low pressure and a batter code on my dash stalling the car a minute later. I proceeded to put install a new filter and put some new oil on the car, but the car won’t even crank.

If you continued to drive it post the low oil pressure warning on the dash, unfortunately now you need to start searching for a used engine for your car.

As a last resort, have you tried to turn the engine over, by hand? -

No I have not, but seems like I’ll be having to replace the engine.

Well, try it as a ‘just in case’. Also, what was the engine oil level on the dipstick?

I checked the dipstick it was pretty much out of oil and I check the remaining oil for any small residue el metal and nothing.

If it was out of oil, that’s bad news..

what happens when you turn the key?

Have you tried boosting it from another vehicle?

Radio and dash turn on, but doesn’t crank

Not even a click? Check your fuses and relays.
Also look in the FAQ for a series of Scotty videos about why a car won't start. If it only ran a minute without oil then it should be ok.
