Good day, I have a 2019 Lexus ES350 automatic. I just hit the 60,000 mile marker. I asked the Lexus dealership how much to change the transmission fluid. They told me it’s a sealed system they don’t change the transmission fluid. And there is no need to change it. Is this true?

Of course not. They'd rather you change the whole transmission.
And there is no need to change it.
The transmission should be maintained. Same as the engine or any other part. Otherwise, it won't last.
