My new ford f150 less then 3000 miles whistles when I press the gas. It will stop the second I take my foot off the accelerator. What would cause that?

It’s under warranty, take it in and get it diagnosed and fixed.

Use the warranty and don't tinker with it. Ford tries to deny warranty for even looking at their cars sideways, so let them figure it out.

Probably a small air leak in the throttle body connection to the air filter box or the air box itself.
Sounds like an air leak. I just don't want to take it in. They always give me a hard time about getting a loaner. Then stick me with like a ford Fiesta.
