Looking at 2017-2020 Honda Civic si sedan manual. I like it. Also looking at a Camry se auto. For the Honda what do I have to do to baby it and make it reliable ? What’s your thoughts on it. I live in Barrie, Ontario. Watch your YouTube videos.
The Honda manual is going to be the way to go Toyota makes great automatic trannys but a 5speed or 6 speed is going to last even longer as long as your not doing burnouts or stupid shit like that. Try and get a 16-17 if you buy a newer one you're just throwing your money away. Just doing regular maintenance and fluid changes. I've had a honda for 7+ years and I haven't had to do anything to it but change the fluids and the tires since I bought it.
They are two different types of vehicles. Both are excellent cars.
If you want a sporty ride, get the Civic and with manual, they are indestructible.
If you want more comfortable ride, get the Camry.
Good luck with your choice.
