My 2020 Elantra is Korean made 85% Korean content 2% Japan and 1%US/Canada. Engine: Ulsan, Korea Transmission: Ulsan, Korea. Would you say the Korean made ones are better than the USA built in Alabama? The Korean plant is unionized and they are said to make around 80-90k usd equivalent. The Alabama plant makes around 40k or so a year. So the Koreans make much more.
