I'm looking at purchasing a 2020 Hyundai Sonata limited with less than 20,000 miles. Would this be a good car if I sell it before there are 100,000 miles. I drive 40,000 miles per year.
Aside from Hyundai's well-known severe quality problems, one has to wonder why a 1-year-old car is being sold on the used car market. Did it give the original owner that much trouble? I'd walk away from it.
What’s the price difference with a brand new Camry/Accord?
I wouldn’t waste my time with any Hyundai/Kia product, let alone a pricey 1 yr old example..
No
Don't waste ur money on that Sonata. Hyundai and Kia products are crap these days. Look into the Accord, Camry, or Mazda6, they are much better cars.
We are currently not recommending purchasing any Hyundai Motor Group products. Also, realize the 10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty only applies to the original owner. If there was any doubt, see below:

I wouldn't purchase any Hyundai or Kia product.
